Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you use MetaHers for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

Keep your login details private and let us know right away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person; accounts may not be shared or resold.

• AI Glow-Up Kit: a one-time purchase that gives you lifetime access to the Kit inside the app for as long as MetaHers operates the Service. The Kit includes a private AI concierge session with the message allowance shown at purchase.
• MetaHers Studio: a monthly subscription billed in advance on the same date each month. It renews automatically until you cancel.
• The AI Blueprint and other 1:1 services: scope, schedule, and payment are confirmed with you in writing before you pay.

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Taxes may be added where required. If a price changes for a subscription you already hold, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.

You can cancel Studio at any time from your account billing settings or by emailing nadia@metahers.ai. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

• AI Glow-Up Kit, "Glow-Up or It's Free" guarantee: if the Kit does not deliver for you, email nadia@metahers.ai within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount. No questions asked. Refunded purchases lose access to the Kit.
• Studio: you can cancel at any time. Monthly payments already made are not refunded for partial months.
• 1:1 services: refunds follow the terms agreed in writing before you paid.

Nothing in these terms limits any refund rights you have under the law where you live.

MetaHers uses AI models from third-party providers to generate content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content produced for others. Review it before you rely on it or publish it. AI output and all MetaHers content are for education and inspiration only and are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or mental health advice. Vita, our wellness agent, is not a doctor; talk to a qualified professional before changing your health, fitness, or nutrition routine.

Results such as hours saved depend on your business and how you use the Service; they are not guaranteed.

You own what you put into MetaHers and the outputs generated for you, to the extent the law allows. You give us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only to run and improve the Service for you. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.

Kids Learning is designed for a parent or guardian to use with their child from the parent's own account. The adult account holder is responsible for supervising the child's use and for not entering the child's personal information.

MetaHers is a space for ambitious women to build with generosity. Please do not:

• harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone;
• post spam, unlawful content, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
• try to break, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service, or get around usage limits;
• use the Service to create harmful, deceptive, or illegal content;
• resell or share MetaHers materials outside your own business without permission.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

The MetaHers name, brand, prompts, lessons, designs, and the Signal belong to MetaHers. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use them in your own work and business.

We are always improving MetaHers, so features may change. We may update these terms; if a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, MetaHers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid MetaHers in the 12 months before the claim.

You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as payment obligations, disclaimers, and limits of liability) continue after your account ends.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Before filing any claim, please email us so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days.
