Privacy Policy

Information you give us.

• Account details: name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
• Newsletter signups: the email address you enter to receive the MetaHers Signal.
• What you share inside the app: answers to onboarding and Kit questions, journal entries, vision board content, messages to our AI concierge agents, and anything you post in community spaces.
• Messages you send us by email or through booking forms.

Purchase information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, billing country and postal code, and the status of your purchase. We never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. Device and browser type, pages viewed, referring links, approximate location from your IP address, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).

• To create and run your account, deliver what you purchased, and personalize your experience.
• To generate responses from our AI features, using what you type and the context you have given us.
• To send the Signal, onboarding emails, receipts, and important account notices. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
• To understand how the Service is used, measure our marketing, and improve our offers.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

When you use an AI feature (for example the AI concierge, the Kit prompts, or the journal), the text you submit and relevant context from your profile are sent to third-party AI model providers, currently Anthropic and OpenAI, to generate a response. These providers process the data on our behalf under their commercial terms, which do not allow them to use it to train their models.

AI responses can be incomplete or wrong. Please avoid entering sensitive information you would not want processed this way, such as passwords, financial account numbers, or health details.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers that help us run MetaHers, and only as needed for them to do so:

• Stripe (payments)
• Anthropic and OpenAI (AI responses)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Neon and Replit (database and app hosting); Hostinger (website hosting)
• Cloudflare (spam and bot protection on signup)
• Google Analytics (site analytics)
• Meta (advertising measurement, if you have not opted out; see section 5)
• Calendly (booking calls with Nadia)

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our members or MetaHers, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy will continue to apply.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand site traffic (Google Analytics), and measure whether our ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) lead to signups and purchases (the Meta Pixel). Under some US state laws, including California's, sharing data for advertising measurement may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You can opt out at any time: turn on the Global Privacy Control setting in your browser (we honor it automatically and will not load the Meta Pixel), block cookies in your browser settings, or email us and we will process your request.

We keep account information for as long as your account is open. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except for records we must keep for tax, accounting, or legal reasons (for example purchase records). Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct, download, or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing emails. Email nadia@metahers.ai and we will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended), including the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request; we may ask to verify your identity.

If you are in the UK or European Economic Area, we process your information to perform our contract with you, with your consent (for marketing emails and advertising cookies), and for our legitimate interests in running and improving the Service. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

MetaHers accounts are for adults 18 and older. Kids Learning is a feature a parent or guardian uses from their own account to guide their child. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13, and we ask parents not to enter a child's full name, contact details, photos, or other identifying information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure. MetaHers is based in the United States, and your information is processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect.
