A note from Nadia

I have been building MetaHers for five years. Five years of figuring it out, staying the course, and believing that women deserve a space where AI feels like it was made for them — not translated for them.

This is the phase I have been building toward. The app is the most powerful it has ever been. We have AI agents, learning paths, and a community — and none of it requires a technical background. I built it that way on purpose. AI should feel feminine, intuitive, and empowering — not intimidating.

Of everything we have built, MetaHers Signal is what I am most excited about right now. Every week I will bring you the AI, tech, and finance news that actually matters to women who are building — plus a spotlight on a woman who inspires me. No noise. No overwhelm. Just the signal.

Welcome to Issue 001. I am glad you are here.

01 · The AI Moves

01

AI & Advertising

OpenAI is betting big on ads — and your intent is the product

OpenAI is projecting $2.5 billion in advertising revenue for 2026, with a target of $100 billion annually by 2030. The insight driving this: when you type a question into a chatbot, you're explicitly stating your need. That's more valuable to advertisers than any cookie ever was.

Why it matters

The next time someone Googles you — or asks an AI about you — what comes up is shaped by your content strategy right now. AI search rewards authority signals, not just keywords. Start building yours intentionally.

02

AI Race

Anthropic leads the global AI rankings — for now

Stanford's 2026 AI Index confirms Anthropic currently leads the global model performance rankings, with xAI, Google, and OpenAI close behind. Chinese models have narrowed the gap dramatically. The race is now on cost, reliability, and usefulness — not raw capability.

Why it matters

The AI you used six months ago is already outdated. That's not a reason to feel behind — it's a reason to stay curious. Every week you show up to learn is a week your competitors are still hesitating.

03

AI in Healthcare

A son used Claude and NotebookLM to save his mother's life

Pratik Desai built an AI-assisted care workflow using Claude and Google's NotebookLM to manage his mother's Stage 4 cancer treatment — catching misdiagnoses and coordinating care in ways traditional medicine missed. Three critical interventions. Consumer tools. Real outcomes.

Why it matters

This story moved me. Not because it's about technology — but because it's about a person who refused to feel helpless. That's exactly the energy MetaHers is built for. You do not have to wait for an expert when you can become one.

04

Legislation

California and New York are drawing the AI rulebook

US state legislatures passed a record 150 AI-related bills in the past year. California's SB 53 mandates safety disclosures for AI developers. New York's RAISE Act requires published safety protocols. Federal regulation remains slow, but the states are moving.

Why it matters

If you use AI in your business — and you should — disclosing that is becoming both a legal expectation and a trust signal. The women who lead with transparency will build stronger client relationships than those who stay silent about it.

05

AI & Business

74% of AI's value flows to just 20% of companies

PwC's 2026 AI Performance Study surveyed 1,217 executives across 25 sectors. The finding: nearly three-quarters of AI's economic gains are captured by a fifth of organizations. What separates them? They use AI for revenue growth and business reinvention — not just efficiency.

Why it matters

This statistic is why MetaHers exists. The gap is not about access to tools — everyone has access. It's about how intentionally you use them. You are reading this because you are already on the right side of that gap.

02 · Tool of the Week

Claude Code

The command-line AI that lets you build real products without writing a single line of code yourself.

Explore Tool →

What it is

Claude Code is Anthropic's agentic coding tool — a command-line interface where you describe what you want to build in plain language, and Claude writes, edits, and deploys the code for you. No prior technical experience required.

MetaHers use case

Imagine describing your app idea to a brilliant developer who never sleeps, never charges by the hour, and never makes you feel behind. That's what this is. Members are using it to build landing pages, client portals, and entire product backends.

Who it's for

Founders who want to move fast. Content creators ready to build their own tools. Anyone who's ever said "I wish I could just build that" and stopped themselves. You no longer have to stop.

Pricing

Available via Claude Pro and Team plans. Max plan recommended for serious builds.

03 · The Market Pulse

April 15, 2026 · 9am ET

BTC

Bitcoin

$74,286

▼ 0.4% today · ▲ 3.9% this week

Bitcoin is testing the key $75,000 resistance ceiling. Geopolitical tension with Iran has created short-term volatility, but ETF inflows remain strong — $18.7 billion flowed into Bitcoin ETFs in Q1 2026 alone, the strongest quarter since launch.

ETH

Ethereum

$2,332

▲ 1.2% today · ▲ 4% this week

ETH is quietly outperforming BTC this week. New Ethereum users surged 82% quarter-over-quarter in Q1, and stablecoin supply on the network hit an all-time high of $180 billion. The Glamsterdam upgrade, targeting June 2026, could push transaction speed to 10,000 per second.

Why crypto moves with geopolitics

When traditional markets are shaken by conflict or political uncertainty, some investors move money into assets that no government controls. Bitcoin and Ethereum are "apolitical" by design — no single country can freeze or seize them. That's why they often surge on diplomatic tension and dip on resolution.

04 · Her Strategy

How to be in the 20% that wins with AI.

PwC just confirmed what MetaHers members already sense: the gap between AI leaders and AI followers is widening fast. The difference isn't access to better tools — it's how they're deployed. Here's the framework that separates the leaders.

74%

of AI economic gains captured by just 20% of companies, per PwC 2026

01

Use AI for revenue, not just tasks

The leaders aren't using AI to save time on emails. They're using it to create new revenue streams, enter new markets, and build products at a fraction of the cost. Ask yourself: where is AI helping me earn, not just work?

02

Build trust through governance

Top-performing companies are 1.7x more likely to have a Responsible AI framework — and their employees are twice as likely to trust the outputs. Transparency isn't a liability. It's a competitive advantage.

03

Prioritize learning over watching

The Stanford 2026 AI Index notes AI adoption is outpacing both the personal computer and the internet in speed. You don't have to be an engineer. You have to be fluent. There's a difference — and that's exactly what MetaHers is built for.

04

Own your presence in AI-generated results

As AI search replaces Google for discovery, brands visible in AI-generated answers are winning attention before anyone visits their site. Third-party credibility — press, partnerships, community — is the new SEO signal.

05 · The Stat

50%

of "Humanity's Last Exam" — the hardest academic questions on earth — can now be answered correctly by top AI models.

Emily Merrell, Business Coach and Founder of Second Degree Society

Emily Merrell

  • Founder, Second Degree Society
  • Co-Founder, Ready Set Coach
  • Business Coach

There are moments in every founder's journey where clarity does not come from another course, another tool, or another idea. It comes from the right person asking the right questions.

For me, that person was Emily Merrell.

I met Emily in 2022, at a time when MetaHers was still an idea finding its footing. I had just transitioned out of the corporate world, stepping into solopreneurship with ambition but without structure. Like many women making that shift, I was navigating uncertainty, trying to translate years of experience into something that felt aligned, scalable, and truly mine.

Emily brought something different. Not noise. Not overwhelm. Not theory. Clarity.

As the founder of Second Degree Society and co-founder of Ready Set Coach, she has built her work around one core principle: relationships are the foundation of sustainable growth. She listens with precision. She captures what you say, what you mean, and what you are not yet able to articulate. Then reflects it back as a clear, structured path forward.

Every conversation ended the same way: with direction. An action plan. A next step. A sense that things were no longer abstract.

In many ways, her approach mirrors what people now admire in AI: thoughtful input, pattern recognition, structured output. Except Emily was doing this long before AI became mainstream.

What makes Emily even more compelling is her life design. She is a mother of two, building and leading while showing up consistently for her community. Through Second Degree Society, she has created a network where women connect intentionally, not transactionally. Through her coaching, she continues to guide women from confusion to clarity, from ideas to execution.

Her values

  • Grounded, not loud
  • Structured, not chaotic
  • Relational, not transactional

She showed me that building a business is not about doing more. It is about doing the right things, in the right order, with the right support. And more importantly: you do not have to figure it out alone.
